About Unique Hardwood Owner, Wendy Meltzer
Unique Hardwood owner, Wendy Meltzer, has been in the flooring business for more than 20 years. Initially focused on high-end flooring products and complex custom flooring and design jobs, she was introduced to Legno Bastone flooring in 2010.
She was extremely impressed by the quality of Legno Bastone’s engineered hardwood flooring range and their passion for providing beautiful, custom flooring at an accessible price. Their focus on quality and age-old craftsmanship was unique in the world of flooring. Fast forward to 2018 and Legno Bastone invited Wendy to open a gallery in Orange County as their exclusive area distributor.
Since then, many Southern California interior designers, architects and construction managers have worked with Wendy and her daughter Marissa to select the right Legno Bastone flooring for their projects. The extra-wide planks and longer boards are extremely popular with designers looking to create a custom finish for their clients.
